  • How do I know when a course begins and ends?

    All our courses are created for flexible timing. This means there are no starting or ending times so that you can create whenever it suits you.

  • After I enrol in a course, how long will I have access to it for?

    All our courses come with unlimited access and there is no expiry date.

  • I have just bought a course but it says I am not enrolled. Why can't I access the course?

    If you are South African and have paid for a course through our local payment system, please note that your enrolment can take some time as it is manually completed. Although we will usually enrol you quite quickly, please allow a maximum of 48 hours for this. If you haven't heard from us by then, or if you are having any other enrolment issues, please email us.

  • I am struggling to navigate the course. What do I do?

    To access a course once enrolled, make sure that you sign in and then go to your Dashboard. Here you will see all your active enrolments. If you are having technical difficulties or struggling to understand how to navigate a course, get in touch with us via email and we will gladly assist you.

  • Why can't I hear any sound on the videos?

    All the videos autoplay without sound by default. You can easily switch the sound on by clicking on the flashing volume icon in the top right corner of the video.

  • Help! I can't sign in to my account.

    If you cannot log in to your account, it may be that you are using the incorrect email address or password. Make sure you are using the email address and password that you enrolled with. If you need help resetting your password or signing in to your account, please email us and we will be happy to help.

  • I am having payment problems. What do I do?

    If you are experiencing any trouble paying for a course, please email us and we will help to resolve it.
